Position : Studio Animations Programmer

Location : Bucharest, Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Program and operate lighting control systems for live events, broadcasts, virtual productions, and digital environments.
• Design and execute dynamic lighting sequences that react to real-time inputs or follow scripted cues.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to integrate lighting into physical, digital, and hybrid experiences.
• Translate design concepts into programmable cue stacks, timelines, and pixel maps.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain lighting equipment, including intelligent fixtures and pixel-based systems.
• Optimize lighting for both real-time rendering environments and video / broadcast compatibility.
• Contribute to pre-production planning, rehearsals, and post-event evaluations.
• Document lighting setups, patching, and cue structures for consistency and repeatability.
