Activities :

Provide CrowdStrike support;
Provide McAfee support;
Manage CrowdStrike Falcon agent deployment on OT scope using Tanium Interract;
Monitor the agent's coverage rate;
Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams : application team, Monitoring team, Infrastructure team and local teams in the plants.

Skills :

Knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon;

Knowledge of McAfee antivirus;

Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA;

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server;

Knowledge of Linux (Red hat, CentOS);

Basic understanding of ITIL (RUN, CHANGE);

Capacity to work in a multicultural environment;
