What will your responsibilities include?
- Daily maintenance and configuration of the warehouse system
- Management and record‑keeping of warehouse hardware
- Monitoring and checking the functionality of systems
- Handling system requests and incidents from users and clients
- Testing new functionalities and deploying them into live operation
- Training users and creating supporting documentation
- Acting as IT “helpdesk” and “hotline” support for operations and administration
We are looking for someone who:
- Actively brings ideas and solutions when implementing new technologies
- Has knowledge of and is familiar with Office 365
- Has English skills at least at B2 level
- Can make quick decisions and organize their work effectively
- Is reliable and thorough
- Has a flexible approach and a willingness to adapt to operational needs
Your advantage will be:
- Basic knowledge of BlueYonder WMS (JDA WMS) systems
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Hardware (networks like WAN, LAN, devices like PCs, Printers, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Power BI / Power Apps
- Basic SQL language
