Descrierea postuluiProven track record in senior engineering leadership roles, managing multiple teams. Strong experience in people management, including setting goals, performance reviews, and mentorship. Strong practical experience with JavaScript and its ecosystem (TypeScript, ReactJs, Redux, Node.js) as well as understanding Postgresql, Redis, Kafka, Python, C++ . Extensive technical background, including experience with high-load architectures and big data systems. Deep understanding of software architecture principles and ability to resolve architectural challenges. Experience establishing and optimizing SDLC processes to drive engineering efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and implement preventive solutions. Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the iGaming or Casino industry. Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and microservices. Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us. About the job :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality technical solutions. This role blends technical leadership with people management, ensuring timely delivery of projects while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

- Work closely with CTO on the tech / team strategy.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of software / hardware engineers.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Drive architecture, design, and technical decisions.
- Ensure code quality, testing standards, and development best practices.
- Guide team through complex technical challenges and trade-offs.
- Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design, DevOps).
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Implement and improve agile development processes and tools.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
