About Priority Chef
Priority Chef is an Amazon kitchenware brand focused on smart, well-designed tools for home cooks. We’re a small, fast-moving team of 6 that cares deeply about quality, clarity, and good design. We’re now looking for a Creative Designer to support our visual execution and work closely with our Creative Director.
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality 3D renders for new and existing productsDesign Amazon listing image stacks, A+ Content, Brand Store visuals, and social media assetsProduce and assemble short product videos for listings and adsUse AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, and production workflowsMaintain a consistent, clean, and polished brand look across all assetsCollaborate closely with the Catalog Manager to test, iterate, and improve creatives based on performanceRequirements
A strong portfolio with clear examples of 3D rendering workExcellent eye for composition, lighting, and clean, high-converting ecommerce designExperience with Amazon creative formats (listing images, A+, Brand Store, social media)Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing toolsComfortable experimenting with and using AI-assisted design workflowsReliable communicator who can work independently, take feedback well, and iterate quicklyRecruitment Process
Bryq Assessment : A short 15–20 minute assessment to help us understand your working style and fit with our team. You’ll have 3 days to complete it.Video Interview (Loom) - Portfolio and Design Process Review : You’ll record short Loom responses to a few questions, including a brief walkthrough of a past project. This helps us understand how you think, communicate, and approach creative work.Design Test : If shortlisted, you’ll complete a small, design exercise focused on Amazon visuals. This is intentionally scoped to understand your approach and quality bar.Final Interview : If all goes well, you’ll move on to a live online interview with the CEO and Operations Manager to discuss your work, collaboration style, and next steps.References : We will request references from 3 people you’ve worked closely with.Benefits
