The Role :
As our Growth Hacker , you will be fully responsible for driving growth across all marketing channels — with a clear focus on measurable results.
You will take ownership of user acquisition, referral and organic traffic, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C segments.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and executing growth strategies for all products
- Managing and optimizing organic, referral, social, and paid traffic channels
- Driving KPI-based growth , with clear performance metrics and measurable results
- Running CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) across the full customer journey
- Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to accelerate performance
- Testing, scaling, and automating growth experiments with a focus on ROI

2–3+ years of proven experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketingDemonstrable track record of successful growth campaigns (please include examples or metrics)Deep understanding of organic acquisition, referral systems, and funnel optimizationStrong analytical mindset, familiar with data tools and performance dashboardsSelf-driven, organized, and results-oriented — able to work independently without supervisionFluent in English (German is a plus)What's on Offer?
