Role Overview

The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring administrative support across projects. This role is responsible for monitoring project financials, time tracking, and data accuracy while acting as a key link between delivery units and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Financial Management

Support the month-end project financial closing activities.

Ensure timely and accurate invoice preparation in collaboration with finance.

Time & Resource Management

Monitor compliance with time logging policies across project teams.

Follow up on incomplete, late, or inaccurate time entries.

Generate and analyze time-tracking reports to highlight discrepancies or resourcing issues.

Data Management

Provide requested data to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Assist finance in maintaining the time tracking and invoicing solution.

Communication & Coordination

Serve as a central point of contact for project administration.

Provide ad-hoc support to unit managers and finance.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Clear, professional communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced English speaker.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field .

2–3 years of experience in project administration, or similar coordination or support roles.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and time-tracking systems (e.g., Harvest, Toggl) is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
