About the Role

Redsparq, a specialized recruitment agency, is seeking on behalf of our client a sales professional with a passion for business development in the fields of CNC machining, laser cutting, and welding. The purpose of this role is to identify new market opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and contribute to sales growth both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new B2B clients.

Promote the company's CNC machining products and services.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.

Prepare and negotiate commercial offers; conclude contracts.

Monitor the market to identify trends and business opportunities.

Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure on-time, quality deliveries.

Participate in industry events such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in CNC machining (milling, turning, CNC centres, etc.).

Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.).

Solid knowledge of CNC processes, materials, tolerances, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Advanced proficiency in English or German (additional languages are an advantage).

Valid category B driving license.
