Why This Role Matters
As a Fleet Front Office Agent EE, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient fleet operations by providing high-quality support to fleet customers, vendors, and internal partners. You act as a central point of contact for FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) users, supporting system operations, coordinating with Back Office teams, and enabling the Sales organization to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Act as the local country Help Desk contact for Fleet customers and Fleet Service Providers, providing first-level support and user administration.
Deliver end-to-end support for FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS), including frontend, backend settings, FOS mobile, eJob, and full eCasing process management.
Coordinate closely with GBS Back Office Romania to ensure efficient, accurate, and aligned fleet processes.
Support the Sales Team with system expertise, customer interactions, and fleet-related solutions.
Receive, log, prioritize, analyze, and resolve system and process-related issues, ensuring timely and transparent follow-up.
Support system testing, new developments, and implementations, working with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and local regulations, including cooperation with Accounts Receivable on VIM invoice approvals and continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–3 years of experience in a support, help desk, customer service, or operational environment.
Strong PC literacy with experience in SAP (SD / MM preferred) or similar enterprise systems.
Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset, confident interacting with customers and business partners.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
