Job Description POZIȚIE DESCHISĂ : Junior Accountant (Hybrid – București)

Locație : București – acces facil la metrou

Mod de lucru : Hibrid (cu recomandarea de prezență full-time în primele 3 luni pentru o integrare optimă)

Profilul Ideal :

  • Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul economic (contabilitate, finanțe);
  • 1–3 ani de experiență într-un rol similar reprezintă un avantaj;
  • Familiarizarea cu sisteme ERP (precum Navision) este un plus;
  • Experiență practică în procesarea plăților și cash management – un avantaj;
  • Cunoștințe bune de contabilitate primară și fiscalitate;
  • Nivel bun de Excel (funcții de bază / intermediare : Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF);
  • Riguros / ă, atent / ă la detalii, bine organizat / ă, cu deschidere spre învățare;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză – nivel mediu spre avansat.

Responsabilități :

  • Înregistrarea corectă și la timp a documentelor contabile (facturi, extrase, chitanțe);
  • Reconciliere lunară cu furnizori și clienți;
  • Suport în activități de cash-flow și urmărirea plăților;
  • Verificarea documentelor din perspectivă fiscală și contabilă (cu îndrumare);
  • Participare la închideri lunare / anuale alături de echipă;
  • Organizarea și arhivarea documentelor contabile;
  • Implicare în pregătirea rapoartelor contabile și sprijin pentru audit;
  • Posibilă interacțiune cu autorități fiscale și auditori externi, sub îndrumare.
