Descrierea postului7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector. Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process. Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals. Mission
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.
This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.
- Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams.
- Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
