Are you a fluent Dutch speaker seeking an exciting opportunity to work (remotely) from Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Customer Representative.

This remote position allows you to enjoy the beauty of Greece while providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Your Role :

Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
Familiarize yourself with our systems to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies suitable for remote work.

Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to embrace the remote work lifestyle while being part of a multicultural team based in Greece.
