How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create and release orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate order confirmations in SAP to keep all partners informed.
- Enter data into relevant IT tools for order processing, primarily SAP.
- Clarify and update delivery dates based on changes from the factory or customer.
- Track order confirmations and monitor delivery dates and logistics achievements.
- Check, gather, summarize, and forward delivery documentation efficiently.
- Request and follow up on delivery documentation from sub-suppliers.
- Coordinate and communicate all deadlines and information with transportation and processing service providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective shipping and documentation flow.
What You Bring
2 years of experience in order processing and working with SAP, with a basic understanding of technology and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and oral communication skills.A structured approach to work, quality consciousness, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.Distinct self-organization skills and experience in international cooperation.Fluency in German and English for business communication.
