Job Description

Stefanini Group is looking to add experienced, professional, and personable Windows Senior Engineers to our Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure cluster within Infrastructure Services Division.

Our new colleagues will participate in on-call rotation for escalation support of technical issues, supporting the 24x7 production infrastructure environment. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual.

Job responsibilities :

• Lead on projects and operations.
• Execute complex activities on the projects.
• Configuration and Automation strategy design.
• Build observability strategy (monitoring) and follow target KPIs.
• Deliver trainings internally, in company level or to Stefanini customers.
• Execute operational activities based on requests, changes and incidents.
• Support for RCA, problem investigation and changes execution.
• Write KBA's, Work Instructions.
• Collaborate and deliver continuous improvement processes.
• Daily Administration, documentation and operation of physical and virtual server infrastructure environments.
• Assist in integration and documentation of new applications and technologies.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with new technologies as needed.
