As a Program Manager for SAP S/4 in the Transformation of Industry (TI) business area, you will play a central business leadership role overseeing the regional rollout of a new SAP S/4 system and process template. Working in partnership with the global program team - who manage the technical implementation and external suppliers - you will coordinate business-side activities, engage key stakeholders, and drive change across local business teams. Your ability to translate program goals into business results, champion adoption, and foster collaboration will be essential for a successful implementation that supports both global standards and local needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead business-side activities to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of SAP S/4 and new processes across the region.
- Collaborate with global program and IT teams to coordinate activities, resolve organizational issues, and maintain effective governance.
- Engage business stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption, provide support, and embed new business processes.
- Serve as the primary business ambassador—clearly communicating project benefits, updates, and expectations throughout the organization.
- Monitor rollout progress, identify and address risks early, and deliver effective solutions with focus on business impact.
- Build strong partnerships with local management and key business collaborators to foster ownership and sustained engagement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading business-side SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP rollout or transformation projects.
- Strong project management abilities, with expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of business process implementation and change management in SAP or comparable environments.
- Skill in prioritizing, solving problems proactively, and delivering results in a dynamic, matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident influencing senior leaders and diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related disciplines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support rollout activities and stakeholder engagement within the region.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA rollout concepts is preferred, though technical implementation is handled by the global program team and external partners.
