We are looking for a Legal counsel to join and support the Legal Department within the international group by assisting with client and vendor contract reviews, corporate maintenance, document administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

• Higher legal education.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Law
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (preferably within an international group, IT, or similar business environment).
• Practical experience in contract review and / or corporate law. Basic understanding of compliance principles (KYC, sanctions, GDPR).
• Ability to review and draft standard contracts.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Capacity to work across multiple jurisdictions and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• English and Ukrainian - Upper-Intermediate and higher.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
