Summary : You will collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to build strong supplier partnerships, drive quality improvements, and support product lifecycle changes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement supplier evaluation, selection, and re-evaluation processes based on quality and risk criteria

Lead and manage the annual supplier audit program and develop a standardized supplier audit framework

Establish and optimize incoming and outgoing inspection processes to detect issues before parts reach our facilities

Maintain and update the approved supplier list based on ongoing performance assessments

Track and analyze supplier performance metrics (KPIs), identify quality trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the internal and external supply chain

Act as the main technical liaison between suppliers, Engineering, and Supply Chain

Assist with sourcing alternatives for End-of-Life (EOL) components and dual sourcing strategies

Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, including supplier-driven change requests

Lead quality optimization projects to reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten delivery cycle

Qualifications :

Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality audits

Proficient in SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D); strong grasp of GD&T and technical drawings

Skilled in translating user needs into clear, sustainable processes

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus

Excellent communicator across all organizational levels

Fluent in English; positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindset

EU valid driving license and willingness to travel in Europe
