Technical components for industrial and building sector

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the General Manager will ensure strong leadership of Country facilities in Romania , leading a team of around 25 people, building team spirit, cohesion, motivation, commitment, quality performance and fulfilment across all functions.

Main Responsibilities and Duties :

• Full responsibility for the local organisation and the team, incl. Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, HR etc.
• Set a 5-year growth plan for the local entity
• Developing and defining the companies´ strategy together with the Holding Management and executing it accordingly – main focus in Sales and Marketing
• Develop the local market, including sales development of additional / new products and team growth.
• P&L responsibility, reporting company figures, forecasting and budgeting, monitoring of contribution margin, staff planning.
• Cooperation and meetings with the Group (HQ, Marketing, Controlling, Logistic / Production, other Sales Clusters, other General Managers)
• Own sales activities (including building and developing relationship with existing and new clients).
• Coordination of daily business activities
• Development of a successful pricing strategy.
• Constructive feedback culture in all aspects towards HQ and Team
• Assess staff training and capacity building needs and ensure training opportunities are provided.
• Ensure timely and appropriate country level budget preparation and monitoring.
