Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the analytics implementation and help define and follow best practices for our Adobe Analytics deployment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to understand their requirements and instrument data capture accordingly.
• Help to ensure that both ingestion of Adobe data into our data lake and the integration of the Adobe stack is always working well.
• Have a leading role in building, maintaining and improving a cutting-edge reporting infrastructure. Drive the excellence and best practices in management information delivery. That will consist of designing right metrics, right method of measurement and evolving new ones as demand changes.
• Support and influence decision-making around content, product and commerce performance and development.
• Support the development and encourage the use of self-serve tools within TMG. Provide advice, support and training to TMG the Senior Analytics Architect and Senior Analytics Manager with developing the best in class digital reporting toolset, improving audience understanding and developing a self-service culture where appropriate.
