r / Boiler Systems (engineering and

supply management) in international proposal and execution teams and with

international suppliers you will keep on track and oversee the delivery of

projects including budget, quality, safety, performance and schedule

requirements as well as integration of the boiler system, corresponding

combined heat and power, decarbonized and hybrid solutions in the entire power

plant.

In this role,

you’ll report to the Regional HRSG Head of Bid and Project Execution and

establish project controls that are in line with PM@SE & Business

Management Systems. You’ll also direct, lead and motivate your project team and

supplier (shared responsibility with sourcing manager) to deliver successfully,

helping to drive our energy transformation efforts.

Evaluation and

commenting of customer specification, cost calculations and evaluation of

transport / erection quantities for respective scope are your daily business. You

will compile the request for quotation documents for the contractor, evaluate

and compare of incoming offers, negotiate with contractors until contract

readiness with your team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Evaluate customer

contract (specifications and requirements), prepare technical specifications

and inquiry documents.

Support Contract

management and negotiation is within your responsibility as well.

Coordination and

optimization of system interfaces (process, mechanical, piping,

electrical, I&C (Instrumentation and Control), layout, civil and

structural).

During project execution

you are responsible for fulfillment contractors time schedules, quality and

costs, review of contractor’s design and quality documentation,

coordination of contractor with project and site requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering

You have already

gained several years of professional experience in power plant

engineering and contractor management and execution of international projects.

Support the

organization with your specialist knowledge in Heat Recovery Steam Generator

(HRSG) systems with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement / Fabrication,

Erection / Commissioning) market or with Boiler / HRSG contractors.

You will bring

knowledge of materials, welding, mechanical processing and dimensioning of

respective parts, specialist knowledge of associated codes and standards for

HRSGs, linked with experience with document and engineering data management

tools and data bases.

Self-motivation

with high energy drive and business sense and capability of multitasking, with

excellent organizational skills while assuring a high-quality work process and

willingness for business travels with international contacts (Minimum 20%

travel is required).

Excellent English

skills compared with intercultural sensitivity, to work in (virtual)

international teams and with international suppliers.
