Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to manage, develop, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role combines development and operations, ensuring smooth delivery, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, portals, and workflows

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools and build automation / CI-CD pipelines

Provide 2nd-level support and resolve incidents / requests

Monitor platform health, performance, and service levels

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions

Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates

Ensure compliance and support audits

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, and GraphQL

Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules

Familiarity with ITIL practices and agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / IT (or equivalent)

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) required; additional certs a plus

2+ years relevant experience

Languages

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
