Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test new technical equipment, systems, and facilities.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems, hardware, and networking infrastructure.

Support live events, broadcasts, and virtual productions by ensuring seamless equipment operation.

Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement quick, effective solutions.

Diagnose and repair technical faults across hardware, networks, and AV systems.

Design and implement tailored technical solutions to meet project needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver on technical requests from stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and share insights with the wider team.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Solid technical knowledge of AV equipment, hardware systems, and IT networking.

Proven experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Strong understanding of production workflows and live broadcast environments.

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues under pressure.

Knowledge of advanced AV concepts such as signal routing, switching, and infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with photography, video production, or camera operations is a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
