In your role as Program Manager - Service Execution within Accounting Services, you need to have a background in project / program management, are familiar with software / tool selection, implementation and (continuous) improvements in execution techniques, an affinity for accounting / finance operations, speaks process (re-)design, as well as having a technical and commercial demeanor.

It is your responsibility to identify, enable, operate and maintain tools and processes to allow the ASCs to do so.Critical issues & Proactive Operational Improvement : With your shown experience, you actively support the Head of Accounting Services in continuously improving the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.You understand project dynamics, know how to manage partners and are aware that time sensitivity matters.You will work closely together with Function Leads globally to develop operational skills and ensure AS' tools and processes are optimized for day-to-day operational accounting.Operational improvement : Contributing and engaging in standardizing and automating our workflows, accounting processes and our cross-functional processes throughout accounting and related teams.What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years relevant work experienceTrack record of efficiently implemented process improvement projectsExtensive process and project management tool and technique knowledgeVery good understanding of (operational) accounting processes, project management qualification is a plusYou are open and communicative in nature as well as proficient English skills complete your profile
