What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Specialist with German & English – Remote on our team, you will :

• Assist buyers with the purchased products.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on using the purchased products.
• Answer buyers inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.

Your qualifications

German proficiency (C1) & medium English (B2) level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
