Job description

Regional Outsourcing Manager for DACH

The Regional Outsourcing Manager (DACH) will be responsible for overseeing all outsourcing activities within the region. This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting business owners in managing their outsourcing contracts, maintaining accurate outsourcing records, and facilitating periodic reviews and audits. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and the Group Outsourcing Function .

What you do

Policy & Compliance Management :

  • Collaborate with the Local Entity Third-Party Risk Management (LE TPRM) function to ensure compliance with internal outsourcing policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure the adoption of Local Outsourcing Procedures (LOP) where required.
  • Identify and escalate any conflicts between company policies and local laws or regulations, requesting approvals for necessary deviations.

Outsourcing Documentation & Reporting :

  • Ensure all outsourcing agreements and supporting documentation (e.g., risk assessments, business plans, due diligence, and approvals) are centrally stored in the Global Office Outsourcing SharePoint repository.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all outsourcing agreements using the Group’s reporting template to allow for quick reporting as needed.
  • Monitoring & Issue Resolution :

  • Monitor the implementation of the outsourcing process as per company policies. Conduct self-assessments and reviews to identify any material gaps and report them to relevant functions for remediation.
  • Support designated Business Owners in their tasks related to outsourcing agreements, including training and providing guidance.
  • Yearly and Ad Hoc Tasks :

  • Conduct annual outsourcing self-assessments and update the yearly outsourcing inventory.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and the implementation of any findings or recommendations.
  • Operational Oversight :

  • Ensure proper implementation of Allianz Partners’ outsourcing framework throughout all contract phases.
  • Regularly upload necessary documents to SharePoint and ensure documentation is kept up-to-date.
  • What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in outsourcing management, procurement, or a related compliance function.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management and outsourcing regulations (e.g., ACPR findings, regulatory frameworks).
  • Experience in managing outsourcing documentation and working with internal / external audits.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, German is a plus.
