Your key responsibilities

The Accounting Tribe Domain (AccTD) is looking for a Risk and Control(R&C) Senior Security Specialist, a role which provides oversight and impact over a domain operating ~70 IT applications, with engineering teams located in 6 countries across the globe. This global role is part of the broader R&C chapter and comprises all facets of modern information security management – with learning, growth, and future career opportunities in all R&C dimensions. In the role as R&C Senior Security Specialist, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of protecting AccTD by managing coordinated responses to and the implementation of global cyber security campaigns. Our approach towards security follows a “shift-left” strategy, implementing industry leading standards on threat modeling, engineering champions and (cloud-) security architecture.

Your skills and experience

• At least 5 years of professional working experience in a security role related to engineering or architecture.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity required. Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or equivalent are a plus.
• In depth knowledge in the field of information security, with wide ranging knowledge in areas such as data security, identity and access, cryptography, network security, and cloud security, etc.
• Safely communicate on all management levels, from Associate to MD
• Management skills : planning and execution, stakeholder management
• Strong people soft skills : Create awareness, traction, and engagement on sensitive topics in a global agile environment / matrix organization with virtual teams.
• Experience using threat modelling techniques such as MITRE’s ATT&CK or alternative frameworks.
