THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and user-centric Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team responsible for the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our digital employee experience. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, secure, and productive workplace environment across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how our employees interact with technology—from endpoint management to collaboration spaces. In addition to hands-on operational responsibilities, you will also contribute to the architectural strategy and long-term vision for our modern workplace.

- Device Deployment & Management : Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices using tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF.
- Mobile Device Management : Set up and manage mobile devices (iOS / Android), ensuring secure and user-friendly access to corporate resources.
- Software Packaging & Distribution : Package, test, and roll out software updates and applications across all supported platforms.
- Meeting Room Technology : Install, configure, and support video conferencing systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Polycom, and other AV solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Act as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint and collaboration issues, resolving them efficiently.
- Automation & Scripting : Write and maintain scripts (., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitoring & Optimization : Use DEX tools and analytics to monitor system performance and proactively improve the user experience.
- Security & Compliance : Ensure all endpoints meet security policies and compliance standards through proper configuration and patching.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate technical documentation for deployments, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Architectural Contribution : Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy and contribute to the architectural roadmap for the modern workplace.
SKILLS
You Should have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of hands-on experience in modern workplace engineering or endpoint management.Deep technical knowledge of . Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and related tools.Strong experience with Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.Proven experience with video conferencing systems (., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Polycom, Zoom Rooms).Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash or Python for automation.Familiarity with DEX monitoring tools (., Nexthink, Lakeside) is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Experience in contributing to architectural strategy and long-term vision for modern workplace environmentsVALUES
