Senior Payroll Specialist
Job Description
- Responsible for the monthly payroll calculation, ensuring compliance with local labor / fiscal law and maintain the relationship with the external Payroll provider;
- Responsible to collect / prepare all support documentation for payroll processing, including, but not limited to : timesheets, bonuses, garnishments, benefits, tax declarations (monthly / yearly), etc;
- Efficiently administer Payroll data and processes, using the internal timesheets application and the HR database to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the provision of HR & Payroll services;
- Conduct checks and ensure all processes are closed;
- Process requests for salary advances according to internal policies;
- Prepare reports for completing statistical forms requested by third parties;
- Prepare reports related to payroll activities and employee management;
- Provide necessary support for internal / external audit processes;
- Maintain the relationship with Stefanini employees in Romania on topics related to payroll and provide the necessary assistance to employees and management;
- Constantly updates the internal procedures / payroll policies;
- Participate in and conduct the implementation of various HR and Payroll projects.
- Management of all leave balances;
- Responsible for ordering meal vouchers for company employees;
- Maintain and manage salary and personnel administration information and documents in accordance with key principles of General Data Protection Regulation;
- The job holder may be assigned other responsibilities and activities related to the current position by the direct superior or Project Manager / department;
- Respect and protect the security and confidentiality of information.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on a similar role;Knowledge of labor legislation, HR best practices and fiscal regulations;Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel;Continuous improvement mindset;Very good analytical and organizational skills;Proficiency in English.What's next : The preceding job description had been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
