About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Game Mathematician & Risk Analyst to strengthen our Fraud & Risk Department. This role blends deep mathematical expertise with operational oversight, ensuring fair play, system integrity, and effective fraud detection within a dynamic gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of analysts focused on fraud prevention and risk management.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor transactional patterns, user behaviors, and system alerts to detect risks or irregularities.
• Review and improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of risk analysis and reporting.
• Manage live escalations, providing strong decision-making support in complex situations.
• Mentor and train junior team members to build analytical expertise and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance tools, reporting methods, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to team evaluations and performance incentives.
