Who we are

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the "end-to-end" management of IT services, from strategic planning and design to operational delivery and continuous improvement : plans, organizes, coordinates and develops services for the customer.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the commercial, financial, technical, and professional execution
• Maintenance of contract documents
• Project-specific Change Request (CR) management
• Ensuring compliance with processes for project initiation, execution, and closure
• Overseeing the order processing, project procurement, and invoicing processes
• Planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling, including SLAs
• Defining necessary project processes, integrating, and coordinating them, and documenting them appropriately in the service manual (formerly project or operations manual)
• Planning, execution, and management of quality assurance and risk management
• Escalation authority
• Planning and execution of resource allocation in collaboration with Cluster Leads
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and regularly collecting customer feedback through satisfaction surveys
