- Align with the project implementation methodology and the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configurations.

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Core HR (Global HR).Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Core HR modules, including :Enterprise StructuresWorkforce StructuresJobs, Positions, and GradesPerson and Employment ManagementStrong understanding of HR processes and policies, including hire-to-retire lifecycle, global workforce management, and organizational structures.Experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and translating them into system configurations.Hands-on experience with :HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migrationsFast Formulas for calculations and validationsHCM Extracts for reporting and integrationsAbility to conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training.Knowledge of Oracle quarterly updates and ability to assess their impact on Core HR functionality.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.Ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments, both independently and as part of a team.Things to know before departure :
