Job descriptionFluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. University degree in a technical, engineering, or related field. At least 6 months of relevant work experience. Strong technical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge. Advanced computer skills (data analysis, reporting, database management). Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Previous experience in equipment or asset management. Experience working in a shift-based or 24 / 7 operational environment. Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments. Proven ability to anticipate and proactively solve technical challenges. Experience contributing to product rollouts or equipment implementation projects. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Includes a performance-based bonus structure. Paid training of company standards, tools, and workflows. DUIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and ensure data is consistently updated in relevant systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical training and support to colleagues and partners.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Training, Compliance, HR, Operations) to support smooth processes and adherence to standards.
- Prepare, finalize, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment.
- Research, recommend, and advise management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment.
