Your Typical Day :

• Engaging in outbound campaigns to connect with customers, providing them with information and assistance to enhance their experience.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to offer precise information and support during outbound interactions.
• Conducting research to gather relevant information and delivering accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
