What You’ll Learn :

• Tire Production & Rubber Technologies :  Get hands-on with tire production processes, rubber technologies, and material flow.
• Shop Floor Experience :  Spend time on the manufacturing floor to understand day-to-day operations.
• Manufacturing Programs :  Learn about specific manufacturing programs and their impact on central projects.
• Central Team Collaboration :  Work with our central team to gain technical knowledge and understand the tire business.
• Department Rotations :  Rotate through different departments to see how they all work together.
• Networking :  Build connections throughout the plant, central functions, and with international trainees.
• Performance Indicators & Reporting :  Get introduced to manufacturing performance indicators, analytical tools, and industry standards.
