Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial and accounting strategies aligned with both local regulations and group policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting : balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions : profitability, liquidity, working capital, and risk.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and compliance culture.
• Manage external relationships : banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Represent the company externally in financial and legal matters alongside the executive management.
