We're Hiring : IT Systems & Support Engineer Gaming Industry

Bucharest, Romania | On-site | Full-time

What You'll Do :

Provide 1st & 2nd line support for hardware, software, and networks

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, servers, storage, printers)

Manage Windows & Linux systems, Active Directory, and user accounts

Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

Work with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity issues

Document solutions and share best practices across the IT team

What We're Looking For :

Fluent English (C1)

3+ years IT support experience (Windows, Linux, networking)

Knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, etc.

Strong Windows Server & Active Directory skills (incl. PowerShell)

Linux admin experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat)

Familiar with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Flexible with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays when required)
