On this occasion, our client is a leading international organization within the life sciences and healthcare sector, currently expanding its operations and strengthening its commercial presence in Eastern Europe.
We are seeking a Customer Care & Order Processing Specialist to join the Romanian team. The role is key to ensuring the efficient management of customer orders, smooth coordination with logistics partners, and delivery of high-quality service to customers and sales representatives.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete order-processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with sales and payment terms, and timely dispatch to logistics partners.
- Enter and validate orders in the company’s systems (including SAP), making corrections or additions as necessary.
- Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Verify customer creditworthiness in collaboration with the finance team.
- Provide post-sales support to customers and sales representatives, resolving inquiries and issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and billing.
- Track order fulfillment and stock availability with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant internal departments for resolution.
- Support promotional initiatives or product campaigns by engaging directly with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Temporarily support sales activities in uncovered areas when required.
- Ensure timely forwarding of any reports related to regulatory, vigilance, or quality matters to the appropriate responsible functions, in full compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain oversight of the company’s communication channels (email, phone, portals, etc.) to ensure responsiveness and proper information flow.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Preferably a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 3 years in a customer service, order management, or sales support role, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
Languages : Romanian and English are required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
