Job Details
This role will analyze all new market opportunities for Alvita, determining which countries, channels, products and the key commercials End to end launch planning & oversight on a market-by-market basis
In Country support pre-and-post launch, including future growth plans for all ne / developing Alvita countries
Responsabilities : Market Analysis :
Deep dive into all data available to understand and model the commercial opportunity for Alvita in all identified markets as attractive for expansion. Present findings and proposals for market prioritization according to size of prize and ease of access
Business Case Approval :
Develop detailed business cases with support from VP, local markets and finance, for each expansion market in terms of where, when, which channels & customers, which products and the commercials. Gain approval
Launch planning :
Once approved, develop a plan with local market, central technical and sourcing team for the launch. Oversee progress and resolve issues
Market support :
Educate and support the local market in developing the initial launch objectives, priorities and tools needed for success
Post launch care :
Ensure after-care is provided to each market post launch to resolve issues and assess further opportunities
Next phase planning :
Use local market understanding to develop a pipeline of growth initiatives e.g. NPD, marketing initiatives, for Alvita in all countries post launch
Requirements :
Extensive experience of brands in consumer healthcare environment and the pharmacy channel
Data fluent and able to gain insight from data to determine commercial opportunity
Experience of working in CEE markets.
Strong commercial acumen
Advanced English language capability to communicate efficiently above country.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
Minimum skills required :
Travel up to 30% of time will be required for this role in order to build local understanding and engage all stakeholders
TRAVEL / OFFICE WORKING : It is estimated that the role requires up to than 30% travel
