Your day to day :

• Independent and responsible project management for the integration of new network elements, platforms / systems and software
• Independent definition of operating concepts, processes, service concepts and SLAs and other performance commitments
• Independent and responsible coordination and quality assurance of service optimization and optimization of alarm functions
• On-site visits for quality assurance (visual inspection), FSA implementation and document reconciliation
