Job descriptionDegree in the field of economics Junior consultant : 0-1 year of experience Consultant : 2-3 years of job experience in a Sales, Back office, Order management or Accounts receivable department SD and FI / CO Your way of working is characterized by entrepreneurial and independent action Good communication skills and strong assertiveness Expertise in working with SAP, in particular the modules Start : by arrangement - always on the 1st and th of the month Working hours : full-time (h); vacation days Employment contract : Unlimited Line of work : Consulting Language skills : Fluency in written and spoken German & English Other : a valid work permit
TasksTasks
- You will be operationally in charge of a customer portfolio
- You will be responsible for the timely and correct project and order creation using SAP CRM and SD.
- You will be monitoring of timely time recording on the projects as well as uploading the time recording reports in SAP
- You will be responsibble for the monthly invoicing of projects
- You will support in the context of monthly and annual Year-end closing processes
