Job descriptionC1 level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian. B2 level English proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. High motivation and enthusiastic approach. Self-organized and able to work in a fast-paced organization. Good numerical and reasoning skills. Full-time schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 : 30 PM. Transportation coverage. Attractive remuneration package. Signing bonus 20 days of holidays per year, plus an extra day after one year. Contract for an indefinite period. Comprehensive 5-day training program. Up to 6 months of accommodation if needed. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and inform them about product features.
- Manage customer orders and ensure client retention.
- Recognize, record, and solve complaints effectively.
- Proactively suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to processes and procedures.
- Update customer database and document activities.
- Report common issues to the support team for escalation.
