The Job
The Partnerships Project Manager serves as the central coordination hub for all partnership initiatives, assisting with the management of creator relationships and collaboration workflows from initial outreach through campaign completion and performance analysis. This role works very closely with the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager to combine strategic partnership support with hands-on project management to ensure seamless execution of creator campaigns and brand collaborations while providing critical operational support to the partnerships and broader marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Operations
Build lists of qualified influencers based on campaign parameters (engagement rate, content alignment with campaign, audience demo, brand deal saturation, etc)Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)Set up and audit discount codes in Shopify, maintaining accurate tracking and performance monitoring for creator-specific promotionsEvaluate new creator launches and partnership opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on performance data and brand alignmentCoordinate logistics for product shipments, placing orders in Shopify and ensuring timely deliveriesManage and track all gifting sends, from approvals to fulfillment and delivery confirmationSupport organic and paid social efforts as they relate to creator integrationsCreator Campaign Management
Execute templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone or via video calls as well if needed), familiarity with creator contracts & payment processesEstablish and foster relationships with industry professionals, including talent directly, agencies, publicists, talent managers, personal assistants, and other key stakeholdersDraft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creationWork directly with creators to ensure deliverables go live according to campaign timelines and quality standardsQC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing team, especially the ecommerce team, for site experiences and the paid social team for advertising integration and campaign amplificationWork with Legal on contract negotiations, terms, and compliance requirements for creator partnerships and brand collaborationsCoordinate with product teams and suppliers to ensure sample availability and campaign timeline alignmentPerformance Analysis & Reporting
Compile detailed performance recaps analyzing campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and ROI across creator partnershipsTrack and report on key partnership metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations for future campaignsCreate executive-level performance summaries with quantitative data and key takeawaysProject Management & Process Optimization
Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-pointsEscalate issues when appropriate re : contract negotiation and / or deliverablesHandle the complete invoicing process for creator partnerships, ensuring accurate and timely paymentsStay up to date of industry news, trends, and emerging opportunities in the influencer and partnerships spaceBring innovative ideas on how to support product launch activations and brand awareness effortsPerform ad-hoc operations tasks as neededAdministrative Excellence
Maintain organized documentation systems using Notion and Google Sheets for task tracking, timelines, and performance dataProvide proactive status updates on open tasks and campaigns, identifying potential issues and creative solutions before they impact deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for creators regarding logistics, timelines, and campaign requirementsThe Profile
Qualification And Requirements
2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaignsStrong written and verbal English communication skills with proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments and external partnersProactive approach with demonstrated ability to provide regular status updates on open tasks while proactively identifying and implementing creative solutions to operational challengesEffective project management track record with complex, multi-stakeholder projects, well-documented processes, exceptional organization, and meticulous attention to detailIntermediate experience with Excel / Google SheetsFamiliarity with NotionAbility to problem solve & bring solutions forward regarding issues that ariseAbility to work CST or PST hoursTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Notion for project management, task organization, collaboration, and documentationProficiency in Google Sheets for managing tasks and timelines, analyzing quantitative performance data, and creating comprehensive reports for various audiencesFamiliarity with Shopify for discount code management and e-commerce integrationThis role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong relationship management capabilities, and the ability to maintain precision and professionalism while managing multiple complex partnership workflows simultaneously.
