The Delivery Operations Specialist role operates within an international environment, in a leading consulting and business services organization, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and processes are executed correctly;
- Allocate and balance workloads, set clear objectives, and monitor progress toward targets;
- Conduct regular 1 : 1 meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and support career development;
- Ensure quality checks, process compliance, and timely completion of client deliverables;
- Prepare and analyze complex reports, identify improvements, and implement efficiency initiatives;
- Act as the escalation point for operational or client issues, ensuring prompt resolution;
- Facilitate weekly team meetings, onboarding of new members, and team engagement activities;
- Track performance metrics, identify attrition risks, and create action plans to improve retention;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including client representatives, to provide updates and resolve queries;
- Manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision while staying within budget.
Requirements
German & English – minimum B2 level;Experience 5–7+ years in team leadership / coordination, preferably in HR or delivery operations;Proven background in managing operational processes and people leadership;Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with an empathetic leadership style;Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset;Experience in developing, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to drive decision-making;Proficiency in standard business software (Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, databases);University degree required.
