About the Team Hiring As a manufacturer of high-performance BIM applications, GRAITEC focuses its energy in becoming a truly international Design, Simulation, Fabrication and Data Management software developer for the construction industry around the world. Overview As a Scrum Master, you will guide our software development or project management teams in applying agile principles to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in leading the team by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your primary mission is to ensure that teams remain productive, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s goals while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure that projects are efficiently executed and that the team’s potential is maximized. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about agile methodologies and experienced in software development or project management who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities : Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on Scrum and agile principles, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities. Remove impediments to ensure the team can operate smoothly and achieve sprint goals. Act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team has everything it needs to perform its tasks effectively. Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, helping define sprint goals. Monitor team performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) and encourage continuous improvement. Shield the team from distractions and external requests to maintain focus on sprint commitments. Support the team in adopting agile tools (such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps) and improving workflow efficiencies. Foster collaboration across teams and departments to remove silos and encourage knowledge sharing. Ensure cross-functional alignment by regularly communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates. Promote an environment of continuous learning and help the team adapt to challenges and changes. Responsibilities 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role. Experience in software development or project management within an agile framework, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proven ability to lead and coach cross-functional agile teams in delivering successful projects. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certification is required. Experience in using agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies, with practical experience in applying these methodologies to real-world projects. Nice t Have : Familiarity with DevOps practices and how to integrate agile with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines. Background in software development or technical expertise to better understand and communicate technical challenges. Experience in Agile transformation initiatives or organizational coaching. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP as they relate to agile projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Leadership abilities to guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, keeping them focused, organized, and motivated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate challenges, plans, and status to team members, product owners, and stakeholders. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for collaborating with international teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify impediments and find solutions that support the team’s progress. Ability to work across departments and engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove obstacles. Passionate about agile methodologies with a deep understanding of Scrum and how to adapt it to different projects. Familiarity with tracking and interpreting key metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to monitor team performance and drive improvements. Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
