You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
Support My Rewards Lead in providing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) toolsto enable Mondelez to attract, retain and motivate its employees with a competitive remuneration package.
Coordinate C&B related HR processes / activities and provide professional C&B support toBU / CU / Country / Unit Line Managers and People Lead(s) toapplycompanies‘ C&B Policies, Practices and Guidelines in a consistentway.
Main Responsibilities
Providesconsulting support totheCompany'semployees and Line Managers, preparesinformationmaterialsforemployees on issuesofcompensation and benefits.
Preparesanalyticalinformation and completingsalary / benefitsurveysdata and questionnaires (Mercer, Hay, etc.). AfterwardsprovidesthecomparativeanalysisoftheCompany'spractice and trends in themarket in theareaofbenefits and salaryrangesetting.
Coordinate annual Year End Review Cycle : verifying all thedata in Workday; ensure all mistakesarecorrected; test and check calculations in Workdayincluding MIP and Merit Increase
Performsactivitiesrelatedtolocalbenefitprogramsasrequired in his / her countries, coordinateschangestobenefitenrolmentduringemployment due tolifeeventsoranother ad hoc individual request, performsbenefitsprogramchanges : Runs ad hoc scenarios, providesfindingsto COE and implements
Conduct jobevaluationsforparticularareaofresponsibility
Participate in design and implementlocally all the additional salaryincreasesorone-off bonuses, payments due to different reasons (Off-Cycle Increases, PiRadjustments, devaluationoflocalcurrency etc.).
Provide C&B support during R&R awardsprocess.
What you will bring

Min. 2 yearsofexperiencein anHR role – ideallywithexposureto C&B relatedtopics
Ability tobuildgoodrelationships
Goodcommunicator and teamplayer
High customer-orientation
Good problem solving, priority setting and organizing skills
Able to workindependently and remotely
Good MS Excel and analytical skills
Fluent Englishand at least B2 level in German
