Your Tasks
- You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to agile methods
- You support agile teams by facilitating specific phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members
- Supporting the team for better self-organization and creative solution-finding
- Supporting the team in removing obstacles and optimizing processes
- Coaching the Scrum team with the goal of further improving performance and quality
- Promoting the development of an agile mindset - individually, at the team level, and in the organization as a whole
- You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders
- You analyze and improve the agile practices of your customers, taking into account processes, culture, and technology
- You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops
