What will you do?
• Taking care of the warehouse and constant stock of equipment;
• Load and unload the truck with goods;
• Monthly inventory check;
• Receipt, issuing and dispatch of equipment;
• Communication with customers;
• Proposing of promotions (old items);
• Translations of newsletters and basic manuals;
• B2B organizations;
• Preparations of certifications files for items (CE);
• Write note (invoices) for customers, occasional procurement of equipment from the headquarters, and assisting with the preparation of weekly orders.
What are we looking for?
High school education;
Previous experience in same or similar jobs is an advantage;
Organizational and administrative skills;
Exceptional reliability and precision;
High level of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative in work;
Active knowledge of English;
Active knowledge of MS Office packages;
Great teamwork and developed communications skills.
