Cluster NRM & GTM RHCS Lead
About the role
This is a critical role within senior structure of RHCS(Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia) cluster. This leadership role manages the NRM key strategic department to drive Haleon optimize trade investments in key accounts and channels.Responsibilities include creating compelling selling points for pricing and supporting the way how we organize the company’s portfolio to drive penetration.
The position also involves empowering perfect store initiative. It requires highly analytical skills to analyze market and pricing data and identify growth opportunities.
The role is responsible to drive commercial excellence agenda on cluster level by developing and coordinating value creation across the 2 key channels (Pharmacy and Mass Market) and P&L leverage through driving NRM streams, Go To Market strategy, building NRM>
M capabilities.
Another aspect is to initiate and lead the Strategic NRM>
M Projects at cluster level : based on deep understanding of trade structures, route to market, develop recommendation on key strategic commercial projects, improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies.
You will also support GM & Channel Heads in defining opportunities to drive growth and improve sales, channel investment effectiveness and act as a challenger and support for Channel Heads : involve commercial team leads in countries to co-create the most effective co-operation with external partners, as well as commercial organization.
Role Responsibilities
Trigger Sales and Channel / subchannel strategies (Commercial Growth Framework)
Net Revenue Management; Driving value through optimization of all 4 NRM pillars : pricing, promo optimization, active mix management and trade investment management. Ensuring creation and implementation of NRM framework, in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Developing and leading implementation of mitigation plans for price exposure.
Perfect Store mindset (Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Systems) - Ensuring pharmacy segmentation is best in class, potential & shopper profile based, consumption and sell-out focused. Continuous improvement of campaign planning by identifying and securing commercial alignment to the key sales drivers. Driving pharmacy call excellence and consumption improvement by clear KPI and performance evaluation. – driving best in class subchannel segmentation, potential and shopper mission based, consumption and sell-out focused. Support in best possible reach-to -market model creation and constant improvement.

M Capabilities Building; Coordinating global tools localization and implementation. Consolidating capability development requirements, building delivery plan and coordinating implementation both for Haleon and any 3rd party sales force.
Leadership Responsibilities; Setting and performing against business goals. Demonstrating cultural awareness and actively contributing to strong organizational culture. Role modelling and embedding the Haleon Expectations and Values. Driving a people development agenda. Organizational risk management.
CEE Regional Level Involvement ; Working closely with BU Commercial Excellence team to identify other learnings and commercial initiatives that can deliver over and above performance.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years experience in Comex and NRM management in a global FMCG / OTC environment
Strong commercial and financial acumen(technical skills)
Extensive experience across various areas (analytics, finance, CBIA), including sales analytics, salesforce effectiveness, commercial excellence, controlling
A strong understanding of trade dynamics
People management and experience in leading teams of a size 4-5 people
University Degree preferably in Economics / Business Administration
Fluent English language skills
Accountability for results
Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity
Ability to find solutions and move things forward
Negotiation / influence / communication skills
Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making
Creating business solutions
