Are you detail-driven and service-oriented with a passion for operational procurement Join Axpo Services Cluj to support purchasing processes ensure compliance and contribute to strategic procurement goals in a dynamic international setting.
What you will do:
Support the execution of category strategy and sourcing processes
Assist with internal demand and supply market analysis
Manage requisitions orders confirmations GRs/SES and invoices
Coordinate RfX processes and supplier awarding documentation
Advise users on procurement tools (S4 Fiori Ariba BC365)
Maintain procurement systems and report on KPIs
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelors degree or commercial/technical apprenticeship with procurement training
Experience in operational procurement or purchasing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented proactive and service-focused mindset
Familiarity with SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems
Proficient in English and German
About the team:
Youll be part of a collaborative Shared Service Center team in Cluj working closely with business units and category leaders across Axpo. The environment is fast-paced solution-oriented and open to continuous improvement and digitalization.
