Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote / Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Strategic Procurement Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A Snapshot of Your Day As a Working Student you’ll support strategic initiatives and people development while assisting Procurement with analysis, coordination, and daily operations – from HR processes to management support and workshop organization. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting Procurement with specific in-depth analysis, fact-checks and proposals for improvement
- Lead people development programs
- Driving forward programs, projects and selected strategic initiatives
- Creating documents for the management, management meetings and follow-up of meetings
- Assisting with a wide variety of HR processes, such as onboarding / offboarding employees, time management
- Supporting the procurement team with administrative and organizational topics, like travel booking, organizing workshops, creating purchase requisition
- Maintaining SharePoint updates
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, Data Management, Engineering or other related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a global and virtual team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointTechnical background and familiarity with a wide range of digital enterprise tools and platforms is preferred ( SAP / ARIBA / Celonis / PowerBI / Alteryx / LLM & Machine Learning)Prior experience in procurement is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and a passion for procurement are also encouraged to applyAvailability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
